We had a wonderful trip. All went very smoothly.

We feel like we navigated the Genie + well and all the materials you sent were very helpful. We also felt we had the right amount of food reservations, etc.

We will definitely contact you in the future. We have already recommended you to a friend! I would say that you helped us prepare from the moment we thought about going until the day we got there. The reminders and materials you sent along the way took away much of the stress and we felt like we were more than prepared for something that could have been totally overwhelming. This is the 4th trip our family has used you for and we will again!

What a wonderful family experience we had at Disney with the help of Dana

Having a nonverbal autistic child, I was totally dreading this trip from the flight to the rides and food. Not enough words to explain how much Dana made sure we had a wonderful time! I just told her what we needed – how my daughter required certain things from the parks, such as a “special needs pass” and a special menu at the parks for her Gluten free diet. I’ll never forget Dana even texted me on the first day just to make sure everything was OK and see if we needed anything! It was the most AMAZING trip we ever took with our children! Everything was just like what Dana explained, but even better. I can’t wait to plan our next trip. I know we are in good hands!!

Just wanted to let you know that we all had a great time and thank you for your input and help in getting our trip organized and such a success. You definitely will be “on my recommended list” to any other grandparents and parents wanting to visit Disneyland!

I highly suggest getting your room as high up as possible in the Disneyland Hotel. We were on the 9th floor….and “faced the parking lot (not the pool). This was PERFECT….because we were looking toward the Park at night……and could see all the firework displays out our window as if we could almost “touch them”. This became a “nightly ritual” for all of us to gather in one of the rooms and watch the fireworks.

Tell other future clients to PLAN on being at the gates a little before 7am when there is an “Early Entry Day” for the park they want to visit. We used this every day and had our path planned to the main attractions. Grandma didn’t ride all the rides, so we would scurry to the “main one we wanted” and she would go immediately to the “Fast Pass” line for the next one ahead of us (ha).

The Monorail from Downtown Disney into the park saves a lot of walking to the gates and crowds getting into the park. It goes from just inside Downtown Disney from the Disneyland Hotel straight to the Submarine ride.

With a Disneyland Hotel key, ALL the Disney Resorts in that area are like one. Example: We could save steps and crowd at the gates by going into the Hotel California from Downtown Disney…..make a quick turn left….and actually enter the California Adventure park at the Grizzly River Run….bypassing most of the crowd and getting to the ride early. Just show them you Disneyland room key…and ask them to point you to the way!

The most crowded and hardest ride to get on was “Lightening McQueen ride at Radiator Springs”. The day we got there at 6:45 am….Mason virtually ran TO THE ATTRACTION…..and we still had a 30 minute wait in line. By 8am….the Fast Pass Lines were “sold out for the rest of the day”. So, I highly suggest that being on your list of fun rides…but be prepared!

The other great rides that everyone enjoyed several times was “The Screamer” rollercoaster….and believe it not, “Soarin’ Over California”.

GOOFY’s KITCHEN for the evening meal….a MUST to see lots of characters and a couple of Princesses as well. This was right out our back door of the Disneyland Hotel by the pool area….was almost an afterthought…..and turned out to be one of the highlights for the kids getting pictures and autographs with Minnie, Chip and Dale, Goofy, Aladdin, Jasmine, Pluto, Donald Duck (just to name a few). Buffet style but very good and enjoyed by all.

Don’t forget the FedEx service in the hotel to send home all the stuffed toys and souvenirs’ (ha)! That really worked out well.

Well, that’s more than you wanted from me…..but as you can see, we all had so much fun and really picked the “right age” and length of time to make this the kids first visit to Disneyland. Thanks so much for suggesting California and not Orlando!

We had a wonderful first family trip to Disney World!

Dana was exceptionally helpful with all the details we needed to have a “magical” vacation. Dana guided us through the reservations process and was always prompt in answering any questions that we had. The magic bands were awesome. It was so convenient using the magic bands for everything and not having to worry about carrying any money around. The kids especially loved the magic bands. The fast pass option was also helpful. It was super fun to be able to quickly move through some of the lines to get on the fast pass rides/attractions/shows of our choice. We definitely plan to head back to Disney again and will most definitely be contacting Dana when we do.

Thanks to you, our Disney vacation was truly, truly magical!

I should have written much sooner so please forgive the lateness of this overdue but much deserved thank you!!

Each and every one of us had a wonderful vacation- Disney and Universal! My niece had amazing experiences that she will never forget- she got to dance in the Lion King production, and she enjoyed every ride we went on. She LOVED her princess makeover- she chose Princess Tiana- and wants to recreate her look for her Halloween costume. She also loved the Harry Potter attractions- she was picked by Olivander, who selected a special wand for her (complete with magical special effects!) and she had so much fun casting spells with her new special wand. I may have also geeked out in Daigon Alley and Hogsmeade lol. My sister and her husband were able to have 2 ‘date nights’ at Universal while my mom and I spent quality time with my niece. They loved the Halloween horror night With all the actors and special effects. We all loved Pandora and Batuu and just loved the nighttime shows with the lights and fireworks and music- so amazing! And the dining was wonderful- My favorite being the Ohana breakfast with Lilo and Stitch. I could go on but I’m sure you get the idea- we had an absolute blast!!

And we wouldn’t have had nearly as wonderful a time without your thoughtful planning and amazing reservation skills! Awesome rooms, awesome reservations, awesome tips and awesome FastPasses! And you were right- it was a ton of walking and long days but it was the best ever and I can’t thank you enough for our amazing time!  I will happily refer anyone interested in a Disney vacation your way and I hope to be able to work with you again for our next Disney vacation. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!
