Why should I use Your Fairytale Vacation Travel Agents?

The most important reason to use Your Fairytale Vacation travel agents is because we take over all the little details of searching for the best deals for you and we will help you plan “your fairytale vacation” from helping you choose which resort is best for your family, to making dining reservations, monitoring your reservation for any discounts, special celebrations, and providing you with important Disney information before you travel. Your Fairytale Vacation wants to make your vacation to any Disney destination a magical one.

What if I receive a pin offer in the mail or via e-mail?

If you receive a pin offer in the mail and you are already booked, please e-mail us at dana@yourfairytalevacation.com

How can I make payments to you?

Once we book “your fairytale vacation” we get your billing information and then Disney or the supplier will charge your credit card directly. Your Fairytale Vacation does not accept any checks. If you wish to pay by check you will need to FEDEX your check overnight to the supplier. We will provide you an address at the time of request.

How do you secure my credit card information?

First and most importantly we request that you DO NOT e-mail, text, or privately Facebook your credit card information to any agent. We require that you call us on the phone directly. Secondly, we do not keep your credit card information on the computer. We will keep your credit card in your file for future use unless you ask us to shred the information.

When can I expect a quote after it’s been requested?

Our quotes are usually generated within 24 hours of your request. If you do not receive your quote within 24 hours, please contact us via e-mail at dana@yourfairytalevacation.com or phone.

What are my costs up front?

Generally most vacations require a deposit up front to hold the reservation. Your Fairytale Vacation will offer no obligation courtesy holds for most reservations. The number of days for the courtesy hold depends on when you are traveling. Final payments for vacations are usually due anywhere from 30 days – 150 days before your date of travel. We will be happy to set up a payment plan if you’d like.

What if I already booked my vacation with Disney directly or another agency?

If you booked your reservation directly with Disney within the past 30 days, Your Fairytale Vacation will transfer the reservation (you will need to fill out a form provided by an agent). If you booked with another agency, we will not be able to transfer the reservation due to professional courtesy.

Does Your Fairytale Vacation charge for any changes or cancellations?

No, Your Fairytale Vacation does not charge for any changes or cancellations. The Walt Disney Travel Company and other suppliers do have their own change and cancellation policies. We ask that you talk to your travel agent to find out what the change and cancellation policies are.

Why should I purchase the trip cancellation/travel insurance?

Trip Cancellation/Travel Insurance is a great protection plan to protect your vacation investment. It will cover you for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss or damage, and much more. Your Fairytale Vacation will offer you vacation insurance through the supplier first most times, but we can also offer vacation insurance through a 3rd party (Travel Guard). If you would like a quote through Travel Guard up front, the agent will need the names of the guests travelling and the date of birth of each guest.
